In December 2005, Forrest Bond (racefax.com) revealed that he had a copy of the 1997 Concorde Agreement
and that he was willing to supply it to anyone who subscribed to his service.
After that I suppose it was only a matter of time that it would escape into the public arena, and that anyone doing a simple google search could find a copy.
I found mine at ziggyziggyziggy.speedxs.nl There are probably others around if you look.
So, for the sake of completeness, I offer two versions of the 1997 Concorde Agreement.
The version on this page (below) is the less complete version from various different sources around the internet but may in
some cases have some info on some minor modifications to the CA which came in 1998, and also contains some explanatory notes,
whereas the version on THIS page relates to the pdf file that is now floating around the net.
