This web site lists the publically available information about the Concorde Agreement.
Almost none of the information on this site is original information. The vast majority
of it comes merely from cutting and pasting text freely available from a myriad of other
web sites. The only real benefit this site provides is to place it all in one location.
References are provided for each piece of information, and may be used for gaining a
view of the context of that scrap of information.
Let me restate that again (since I got an email about it): - I'm not the one putting the Concorde
Agreement on the internet. Everything I have here is already out there on other sites, freely
available to anyone else who wanted to look.
The information comes from news items, quotes from team bosses or Max Mosely, or texts
relating to legal actions. A note of caution: I've found in some cases that information is simply
wrong, and laws are given to the wrong clauses or schedules. Some other information appears
to be simply rumour and much of that I've simply ignored.
I've placed in italics sections of the text that appear to be direct quotes from the CA, or where
it appears it might be very similar to a direct quote. Naturally, I cant vouch for the accuracy
of any of this.
Of all reporters, I think Joe Saward has closest access to a copy of the CA.
